About Bruce Dahnke

Bruce Dahnke headshotBruce Dahnke visited Palm Springs for the first time in 1992 and knew that the Coachella Valley would someday be his home. Hailing from Wisconsin, Bruce endeavored to move to the desert after a successful 32-year medical career. The people, the architecture, the climate, and all that our Valley has to offer make this the only place where he wants to be. He now enjoys helping his clients discover the perfect place to call home or matching them with the right buyer for their current property.

In Wisconsin, Bruce’s medical career fulfilled his passion for helping others. Efficiency mattered! It was also during this career that he satisfied his creative needs by being a homeowner, landlord, and real estate developer. Bruce was fortunate to have earned appreciation for the importance of a knowledgeable and loyal real estate agent. He has had to sell his ideas in many City Hall meetings, all of which made him understand the critical role real estate plays in the community. Every transaction, regardless of size or cost, is of vast importance to the buyer, seller, and the neighbors in the area. It was because this deep well of experience, both in the medical field and in real estate, that Bruce knew he would someday become a full-time real estate professional. Through this profession, he can help people while being creative.

Of course, Wisconsin will always remain important to Bruce. Family and friends from the Milwaukee area love coming to visit Palm Springs. As an avid sports fan, the Packers, Badgers, Brewers, and Bucks will always bring him joy. Artistically Bruce created stained glass design and windows for most of his years in Wisconsin. Since moving to California, he has once again jumped back into art, mostly painting portraits. To recreate someone’s expression gives him great satisfaction.

Bruce has also traveled to many locales around the world. His favorite destinations include New Zealand, Austria, and Hawaii. After jet setting across the globe, however, there is no place that he’d rather be than in Palm Springs!

As your agent, Bruce will work hard for you, be knowledgeable for you, and be loyal to you.
